Madam Inutz was so overwhelmed because she received a her "Dream House and Lot" from her Talent Manager Ka-Freshness Wilbert Tolentino!!! 

There's no stopping Daisy Lopez or better known as "Madam Inutz", 'Ang Mama-bentang Live Seller ng Cavite' as she soars high in her showbiz career. This is with the solid support and guidance that she is getting from her manager, former Gay World titlist,  businessman, social media influencer, and philanthropist, no less than Wilbert Tolentino.

Madam Inutz took her colorful and vibrant personality inside the Pinoy Big Brother House as she has been named as one of the housemates of PBB Kumunity Season 10. She was one of the first three official housemate that was announced to enter the PBB House.

Before Madam Inutz became officially part of PBB, she released her very first and much-awaited debut single "Inutil" and also recorded her next song just in time for the holiday season, "Sangkap ng Pasko". Inutil is a categorized as a novelty song while Sangkap ng Pasko is a ballad one which everyone can deeply relate to because it is a very heart-warming song perfect for the whole Filipino family who never fails to celebrate the Christmas season together no matter what they're going through.

“Promise, iiyak kayo sa song na ito. Sobrang mata-touch ang mga Pinoy. Sobrang makare-relate sila na ang sangkap o ingredient ng Pasko ay ang pagmamahal sa pamilya,” said Ka-Freshness Wilbert Tolentino.
The mother of Madam Inutz also got emotional when she heard the song "Sangkap ng Pasko", it was indeed tears of joy, she felt the strong message of the lyrics plus she is also very happy for her daughter's achievements.

Last October 5, before she had hotel quarantine for PBB, Madam Inutz received the early Christmas gift and surprise from her manager Wilbert Tolentino - a house and lot in Bulacan.

According to Wilbert, this is also a motivational gift for Madam Inutz so that she will focus on her work and push herself to do her best inside the Pinoy Big Brother house.

The house  and lot in Bulacan is 88 square meters, the floor area is 55 square meters and still needs to have some additional beautifications and renovations which is undergoing while Madam Inutz is currently inside PBB. Wilbert plans to build the house with three floors so that the whole family can fit and also put up a sari-sari store so that they can have a stable business as well since the area is also residential and the location is very accessible to the residents since it is near the main entrance of their subdivision. 
Sir Wil said that Madam Inutz sacrificed a lot of endorsements when she decided to enter PBB, saying, “Puwede naman siyang kumita sa labas although pinili ko  na ipasok siya sa PBB."





Sir Wil has a lot of plans and career development in store for Madam Inutz which is why her fans will be very happy to know that she will continue to have amazing projects ahead. Even the netizens who misjudged Sir Wil in the past for handling Madam Inutz's career are now in full support and are also very thankful that she is in the right hands because not only is he handling her career but also manages the welfare and future of her family.

SM Supermalls launches The SM StartUp Package for aspiring Filipino entrepreneurs

100 Small business owners invited to set up shop in SM malls

The SM brand is one of the true entrepreneurial success stories in the country and because of this, the conglomerate recently launched the SM Startup Package to help enterprising Pinoys realize their potential of being successful entrepreneurs themselves by setting up shop in any of the prime SM mall locations, within 13 regional and premier malls, around the Philippines. It has been almost two years since the pandemic brought Filipino life and many livelihoods to a screeching halt. This figure is projected to be a million e-commerce enterprises by 2022 (from 500,000 in 2020). By taking advantage of the online space, MSME owners have become unsung heroes of the economy, all the while providing for their families and making their business dreams a reality. 
SM Supermalls very well understands the potential of each Filipino to be successful business owners because of their founder, the late Mr. Henry Sy’s own inspiring story. Sy, fondly called “Tatang” in SM, started out as a small business owner with his first footwear shop ShoeMart.

It is said that because of this, it is in SM’s DNA to enable and inspire small businesses like the one it once was. This October 15, not coincidentally Tatang’s birthday, SM launched The SM StartUp Package, which aims to provide small online businesses the valuable support they need so they can set up their own shop in an SM mall.  This is available to the first 100 digital-based MSME owners who currently don’t have a shop inside SM or any other physical store in general.

Rosa, SM City Cebu, SM Iloilo, SM Bacolod, SM CDO Downtown Premier, and SM Lanang Premier.
"We created The SM StartUp Package because we saw how Filipinos persevered in the past year. Very much true to the spirit of Henry Sy, who always said he worked harder during bad times,  many MSMEs did not let the pandemic stop them from providing good service and products -- even from their own homes. We want to give them a chance to further grow their businesses and brands, and enable them to start their own SM shops which they can one day grow into business empires, just like our founder once did.,” said SM Supermalls President Steven T. Tan.

Following Tatang’s legacy
The late founder Mr. Henry Sy is also proof of an entrepreneur’s resilience and hard work. After arriving in the Philippines at just 12 years old from China, he helped sell products in his father’s retail store. When he saved enough money, he was able to open his first business in 1958: a footwear shop called ShoeMart, which would later become the foundation for today’s 77 SM Supermalls. 

The success of the mall didn’t come without challenges. A notable one was when Mr. Sy opened SM Megamall in Edsa in 1985 during a turbulent time in the Philippines. Instead of letting the political and economic climate discourage him, it pushed him to work harder to overcome the crisis. This disposition would carry over in the next few decades and would inspire a new generation of MSME owners to look for opportunities even during adversity. 


Starting with just one humble ChizMozza cart in SM North Edsa in 2016, the small business has steadily grown and now has a total of 21 branches, situated in various SM malls, nationwide. Seen in the photo is ChizMozza founder, Hannah Ramos - a true believer in the entrepreneurial spirit of Filipinos, as well as how SM continues to help entrepreneurs like her become even more successful with the recent launch of its SM Startup Package.    



This is evident in the stories of entrepreneurs like Chizmozza founder Hannah Ramos, who sold her own mozzarella recipe online before opening her food cart at SM, Ian Darcy, who started his namesake fragrance brand after being forced to resign from his marketing job; and Oishii Maki chef Ramon Molina, who started a sushi and maki business at SM after working as an Overseas Filipino as a Japanese Chef in 5-star hotels. 

“I took a chance to grow Chizmozza from an online store to having one humble food cart in SM North Edsa back in 2016. Now Chizmozza has 21 SM branches. They saw the potential of our unique cheese products and through our mutual hard work and perseverance, we grew, even through the pandemic.” Hannah shared
These are just some of the stories behind successful MSME owners and how they were able to succeed, when empowered with the right resources. The SM StartUp Package will allow more people to level up their online start-up, inspiring them to follow in the footsteps of “Tatang” so they can take more confident steps even during these uncertain times.

UNIQLO to Launch Jeff Koons UT Collection Unique worldview of the master contemporary artist expressed through graphic tees

Global apparel retailer UNIQLO announced the launch of its first UT (UNIQLO T-shirt) collaboration collection with artist Jeff Koons, the American master who, for more than 40 years, has continued to produce some of the world's most impactful and influential contemporary art. The new Uniqlo T-shirt collection will focus on five of his iconic sculptures, expressed in the refined graphic style of UT. Items will be available in the Philippines from Monday, November 8.


Commenting on the collaboration, Jeff Koons says, "I enjoy very much how UNIQLO is in contact with my generation but also a younger generation. Everybody enjoys, very much, their clothing and I love that sense of unity. About Jeff Koons


Born in 1955, in York, Pennsylvania, Jeff Koons is a contemporary artist based in New York. Since his first solo exhibition in 1980, his works have been exhibited in major museums, galleries, and cultural institutions around the world, including Rockefeller Center, the Palace of Versailles, the Whitney Museum of American Art, and Guggenheim Museum Bilbao. He has received numerous awards and honors in recognition of his cultural achievements. Koons is also known as a philanthropist; over the last four decades he has been involved with many causes while also serving on the board of the International Centre for Missing & Exploited Children (ICMEC).

The solo exhibition Jeff Koons: Lost in America presented by Qatar Museums will take place at the QM Gallery, Al Riwaq, in Doha starting November 21, 2021 through March 31, 2022. Herbalife Nutrition Virtual Run Returns This October

- Herbalife Nutrition will stage the second edition of its Virtual Run from October 1 to 31, 2021. Now on its second year, the challenge is part of the premier global nutrition company’s Get Moving With Good Nutrition campaign that seeks to give people the push toward healthy active living. 

Sridhar Rajagopalan, Senior Director, Sub-Regional General Manager of Herbalife Nutrition Philippines, said that the Virtual Run is aimed at breaking the health inertia and fostering communities that support one another on their healthy living journey.

“We want to encourage every Filipino to start moving and take the challenge to walk or run a certain distance. Through this initiative, we would like to inspire communities to support one another on a healthy living journey and strengthen their relationships through teamwork,” he said.

Rajagopalan added that this running challenge seeks to continue Herbalife Nutrition’s campaign of promoting a healthy, active lifestyle especially during this time.

Apart from the Philippines, the Herbalife Nutrition Virtual Run 2021 will also take place in Australia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam.

Have the Right  Running Gear

One of the key preparations in running is having the right running gear. Invest in essential items to make your running journey comfortable. Some of the items that you need to have are a pair of running shoes, distance running socks, and comfortable clothing.





Run It Out

Practice running your actual distance. Don’t forget to schedule one to two rest days a week to allow your muscles to adapt to the increase workloads and efficiently repair themselves.

If you’re new to running or not ready to run yet, start with walking. Once walking for a set time becomes easy for you, start alternating between jogging and walking until you find a comfortable and sustainable pace.

If you’re already an avid runner, start your training by time and not by distance. Run 20 to 30 minutes first and once you can maintain the pace, increase your time. Add cross training to keep your routine fresh, and aim for incremental improvements over time.

Use Nutrition as Your Fuel

To boost your performance, good nutrition is needed by your body. Make sure that you have a balanced diet consisting of the right amounts of carbohydrates to fuel your body; protein to repair and rebuild muscles and tissues; and fat, which is an essential energy source. Proper hydration is also important as you need to replenish the fluids lost during a strenuous activity.
