It was the grandest media presentation of one of the official entries to the 50th MMFF (Metro Manila Film Festival) that I've covered. Real fitting enough to showcase such great actors of three different generations... the "Star for All Seasons," Vilma Santos, the "King of Philippine Romance Drama," & the original "Philippine Heartthrob," no other than Aga Muhlach and the "Multimedia Star," & multi-awarded actress Nadine Lustre... all three in one scintillating, thrilling, suspenseful movie, the "Uninvited."

They are being supported by an impressive lineup that includes RK Bagatsing, Mylene Dizon, Lotlot de Leon, Gabby Padilla, Elijah Canlas, Ketchup Eusebio, Gio Alvarez, Cholo Barretto, Ron Angeles, and Tirso Cruz III.
From Mentorque Productions—the makers of the most-awarded Filipino horror movie of all time, Mallari—comes a remarkable cinematic milestone Filipino audiences can't afford to miss. Adding even more prestige, the film is distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures, which also helped catapult last year’s MMFF to success. "Hindi Lang 'To Basta Party!"
The tagline “Hindi lang ’to basta party!” (“This is no ordinary party!”) teases the gripping mystery at the heart of Uninvited. What are the real stories and secrets behind the characters, and how are they connected?
Directed by Dan Villegas in his comeback directorial film after six years, Uninvited showcases an unforgettable collaboration of some of the most celebrated actors in Philippine cinema, with a screenplay written by Dodo Dayao.



Official Synopsis
Eva Candelaria (Vilma Santos) has been waiting for this day for the last ten years—the birthday party of Guilly Vega (Aga Muhlach), the billionaire who brutally murdered her only daughter a decade ago and escaped justice.

Disguised as a socialite, Eva attends the opulent event with a single goal: revenge. As the night unfolds, she carefully stalks each person involved in her daughter’s murder, inching closer to her ultimate target. But who is the true villain of her story? The 27th PTAA Travel Tour Expo recognizes Top 10 Most Traveled Celebs


Now on its 27th year of hosting successful travel tour expos, the PTAA (Philippine  Travel Agencies Association), boasts and assures everyone of up jaw-dropping discounts on travel fare, accommodations, tours and more! 

The three-day expo happens on February 7 to 9, 2020 at the Halls 1-4 of SMX Convention Center in  Pasay City and there will also be booths at the  second floor. Come as early as possible! The expo opens at around 9:00 AM 'til 7PM (Friday and Saturday) and until 8PM on Sunday. 

In line with this, the PTAA committee headed by Chairman Ritchie Tuano, together with the Vice Chairman Ma. Michelle  Victoria had announced just recently the Top 10 Most Traveled Celebrities in our country during the PTAA Travel Tour Expo 2020 media launch.

According to Mr. Tuano, they've created a special team to closely monitor the social media posts and activities of the celebrities for the past two years, that's why, they had come up with such list. The reason why they did this, is to recognize the worth and value of the celebrities since they were posting and making an awareness to the public of the different tourist spots not only here but also out of the country. The significance of their engagements in the social media has inspired and influenced their followers to also explore and travel like their fave celebrities. 

The featured guest celebrities for the three-day travel tour expo will be Glaiza De Castro, SB19 and Karylle, respectively. 

Entry tickets to the said travel expo can be bought at the SMX Convention entrance. The tickets cost Php70.00  for general admission (including students and children) and Php50.00 for senior citizens. The entrance is free for all Citi Card Holders, they just have to present a valid ID along with their card. Students may enter for FREE only on February 7 (Friday), provided that they present their school ID at the ticket counter. Tickets are priced on a per day basis. 

Take note that this will be an on-site booking/ reservation system, so it's best to have your travel plans with you. Payment thru cash or card  transactions are accepted.  They will be offering also  event-exclusive deals on travel accommodations, through participating hotel , resort companies and travel agencies exhibitors .

Phenomenal JaDine loveteam conquers the hearts of the Filipinos in Doha and Dubai

While a blockbuster concert was an expected outcome of the Doha and Dubai legs of the “JadINe Love World Tour,” the actual concert was an overwhelming surprise as thousands trooped to the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center and Al Nasr Leisureland on March 18 and 19 respectively to witness the much talked-about concert of the breakout love team of James Reid and Nadine Lustre, making it a certified sold out.

More popularly known as JaDine, the loveteam proved their talent cuts across all media platforms from television to the concert stage as they performed songs like their signature duets like “Bahala Na” as well as favorites from their hit teleserye “On the Wings of Love.”King of RnB JayR owned the stage when he performed more songs from the duo’s famed series and his own hits while Rockoustic Princess Yeng Constantino brought the house down with her original compositions that have become OPM iconic pieces.

Fans themselves were in awe with the spectacle saying, “It was like being in and experiencing the Araneta Concert!” The fan love didn’t end at the "JadINe Love World Tour" in the Middle East as the real-life couple captured the hearts even of the woodworkers at the industrial area of Qatar where kababayans took time out from their daily grind and pitched in the most they can just to be able to share a humble Filipino feast, much to the delight of James and Nadine who even sang with the kabayans.

 In the UAE, the couple took some time off when they checked out the sights and attractions of Dubai like the Burj Kahlifa and the Sky Dive.  "JadINe Love World Tour" will fly to ExCel London on March 26 and Palalesto Milan on March 27.

"JaDine in Love the World Tour" will now conquer Doha and London

"On the wings of love" will be flying away on Feb. 26

Destiny will always find a way to bring back old lovers together as the hit Kapamilya show “On the Wings of Love” top billed by James Reid and Nadine Lustre nears its finale on February 26 (Fri).
Set to end in 8 days, “On the Wings of Love” has turned into a phenomenal hit among Filipinos worldwide since it premiered in August 2015 as it captivated audiences with the heartfelt love story of Clark and Leah.
